Dear Supporters, Just a week after the city of Victoria renewed the lease agreements with the carriage operators for five years, two horses are seen downed the pavement near the cruise ship terminal at Ogden Point. Is this what a compassionate business looks like? We think not. Although the city has renewed the lease agreement, we still encourage people to sign and share this petition to encourage the City to rethink its decision. No animal deserves to be exploited for profit and put in a distressing environment for the sake of tourism.
