Governmental & FDA funding to help rehabilitate individuals whom have been poisoned by the use of this drug.
Access to "compassionate use" HOPO, emeramide, and DTPA chelation without cost to the patient. At the cost of the government. As this stems from negligence.
ICD diagnostic code for condition. Insurance codes created.
Insurance and government payment for "Comphensive Urine analysis test" for individuals whom may have gadolinium toxicity poisoning.
Requirement that health-care insurance pays for any additional costs associated with the therapy. Currently Chelation Therapy, which is not covered.
Requirement that health-care insurance pays for 24-hour urine catch associated with heavy metal toxicity. As well as hair follicle testing.
Research & advancement into alternatives to use for MRI's which require a contrasting agent.
Create a contractual clause barring any FDA members from current or future ownership is any aspect of pharmaceutical company 5+ years.
Financial reparations for toxicity poisoning victims, correlated to standard of living lost.
