VFS all over the world continue to operate even during these difficult times. VFS is operating in Malaysia only for UK applicants, however it is still closed for all other countries including Canada. 

So many factories have applied for operation but the Canadian embassy in Malaysia just said perfunctorily that it could not operate "according to the country's restriction".

Please make adjustments as soon as possible so that the people here can get together with their family as soon as possible, apply for Student visa or for the sake of any permits. Thousands of dollars and several months of time have been invested by students who already applied for their student visas. Just because of the VFS office being closed, all the time, effort, money and students’ future is at stake! VFS has been contacted several times through calls and emails, and no response has been made! This is utterly unprofessional and irresponsible!

Everyone here knows the situation in Malaysia and hopes that the closure is not due to personal attitudes. In such a difficult time, the more we need the support of government departments, I also believe that even if this department operates, the Malaysian people will not arouse anger, because this is not a "multi-person event.” All affected people please help to share this matter. When all companies and manufacturers are allowed to operate, we must have a reasonable explanation.

Therefore, we humbly request VFS to start operating also for Canada applicants as the office is the same that has started its operations but only for the UK. We request people facing the same issue to sign this petition as the UK petition got successful in 4 days. We will be grateful if we receive attention and help in this regard.
