My protective order was dismiss instead of rescheduled because I was in the hospital with supposed pre positive covid-19 my ex then went and filed I custody affidavit and actions against me having my kids taken on properly from my home without me being served by the police surrender document the police officer Buckley then would not take my statement when I was on the phone with the sheriff's office when he got there and then he took my children from me walk them to their father and left that is not right I was not served I was not giving papers to surrender the officer did not explain what was going on that judge should have reset my court date not went inside his paper just because he filed it if the judge was to open his eyes there are so many abuse charges against Devin so many drug charges against him and everything that it is crazy stalking harassment and my children. Do not feel her sight there I have proof everything he said on his document was a lot and so does my attorney I want a court date now or I wanted relinquished I want somebody to see this I was beating I was literally beaten every day by an alcoholic on methamphetamines I was stole from I raise these two children for the past 10 years by myself they are established here they are happy here there a okay everything he said was a lie that the judge should have just stopped and opened his eyes and realize hey she's telling the truth let me look at the past record o instead he put my two children by 10 about to be 10 and 8 year old little girl in the home of someone who is living with the girl that he beat so bad she's put a nice to you because she had him busted for cooking 5 clandestine meth labs would I have no drug charges I have no battery charges no salts are just my kids are happy and taken care of here they have a home they have a church they would not even let my children take their prayer journals with debit right there should say it all so somebody could please get this out there please thank you  and when I just called and spoke to them he yelled at them and I have the call record it and made it sound like talking to me we get them in trouble like it was the worst thing in the world and that is not okay he bought them BB guns in a pool and stuff to buy their love right now but when that runs out what's going to happen and he's going to get aggravated again he's going to beat Mason again like you did when Mason was too and he had to get a police report filed against him by the landlord I mean come on what's it going to take him to kill one of my children or me before the Vernon Parish Court system does something for the love of God I beg you and I'm praying somebody out there sees that they can do something I am just appalled at what is going on he lied and said I bought methamphetamines from his mother in the court papers that right there is no she was alive who puts no and I passed drug screens I have my entire medical report from the past year he said I'm mentally unstable I'm perfectly fine I have reported that I have two different types of sarcoma bone cancer stage 2 and Stage 1 primary and secondary bone cancer and he is doing this he is doing this to hurt me I have proof my attorney has proof and I'm just come on Vernon Parish step it up I beg you to fire Buckley and let judge Eve see this and see that my children are in danger and I'm begging him literally begging him to put them back in my custody or at least look at the evidence I have against him Sheriff's and crafts please do something you're cops you're not acting right and I'm a mother who needs help a cancer patient his children were just taken from her for no reason and I just I'm begging I'm literally in tears begging and crying for help right now to get my babies back if anybody wants to see the proof you're more than welcome to contact me Alicia Noreen Ferrell 337-509-9512 come to my house look at my documents HELP ME  I just got them back yesterday till this friday they where returned with two black eyes and shaylie my 8 year olds foot was broken with several ankle fractures from being made to walk on it for a week while refused medical treatment by her father she has to have surgery my children are 10and 8 they wouldn't  return to me mentally and physically abused my 8 year told me as I cried holding her mama you didn't fail me the courts did they made me go HELP ME PLEASE
