As of January 25, 2021, there may be a bill coming up that may attempt to remove the religious exemption for vaccinations.

The US constitution clearly state that congress shall make no laws regarding the establishment of religion.

The Vermont constitution also states: ...that no authority can, or ought to be vested in, or assumed by, any power whatever, that shall in any case interfere with, or in any manner control the rights of conscience, in the free exercise of religious worship. 

The government has no authority over the relationship one may or may not have with their higher power, as one understands it.

Additionally, we have the right to bodily autonomy and to refuse any medical intervention.

Vermont’s elected officials have no business even discussing this.
