Todd Bertuzzi is someone that made such an impact on many Canucks fans lives. He was a fan favourite during his 8 seasons as a Canuck. In the early-mid 2000’s, people in Vancouver were always seen either wearing a Markus Naslund or Todd Bertuzzi jersey, fans here were singing songs about him, he represented the Canucks in all star games and was one of the pieces on the greatest line in Canucks history, the West Coast Express. Politics in the game and some controversy are obviously the key reason he hasn’t been honoured here yet, but he’s publicly apologized for his actions and moved on. At the season opener for the 50th anniversary of the Canucks, when Bertuzzi came out onto the ice, he got the loudest ovation, the roof almost came off at Rogers Arena, that shows that Canucks fans still have a soft spot in their heart and a lot of love for Bertuzzi. He makes weekly appearances on the local radio station Sportsnet 650 and I’m sure the hosts there would agree, Bertuzzi is missing from that ring of honour. 

Canucks Fans, we all know he deserves to be in the ring of honour , lets get this signed, and give Big Bert the honour he truly deserves and show him how much this city truly loves him and have Francesco Aquilini, owner of the Vancouver Canucks, bring Todd Bertuzzi home.
