Remove steam support for GNU+Linux

Remove steam support for GNU+Linux
The issue
The wider GNU+Linux community and culture is suffering at the hands of the Valve Corporation as they continue to promote proprietary software and services on a historically free software platform. This is causing an influx of users and corporate interests who do not value or respect freedom, no longer will software developers release free software when they have a market of GNU+Linux users who have no qualms with using proprietary software.
To stop this I propose that the Valve Corporation cease the development of GNU+Linux ports of their software, in addition to withdrawing support for any current releases. If this succeeds I believe we will have ensured the freedom to compute without restriction and made sure that GNU+Linux remains a beacon of freedom in an ever more oppressive world.
I encourage you to support this petition, not just for yourselves, but your children and society as a whole. Together we can win!
