For years now valve has disabled Dubai server for match making ranked games in Dota 2 , now as the electronic e-sports competitive scene is on the rise it would only be fair for players who are determined to go pro in this scene in the luxury of their homes from countries that include the Middle Eastern and Asian region . 

Problem  = Unfortunately for players in these region they get an unfair disadvantage due to the high ping/latency they receive and it makes (at least the competitive part) unplayable .

Fix = Simply make dubai server avaiable for ranked , why does every other region get ranked and not dubai .
