Namibian Enrolled Nurses Salary Grading 

The Namibian government and the Ministry of Health and social services in particular have devalued the quality of the enrolled nurses and possibly the duties they are executing. This is clearly defined by their salary gap between them and the registered nurses who some of them holds a three year diploma in nursing.

The grading gaps between the two rivals are creating a drastic tension between the two parties as the enrolled nurses felt more devalued even though they are the backbone of nursing performing most duties in the service. 

Should the situation be balanced at least from grade 10 to grade 9 hope there will be no more tension among the hardworking Namibian enrolled nurses. 
I am therefore requesting the Namibia government and the ministry of health and social services to look into this with big eyes in order to resolve this very serious matter.
