Criminal Justice System needs to be reformed in Provo, Utah 4th District Courts, to stop Judiciary and Prosecution misuse of power to corrupt to break due process, evidentiary evidence being put in late breaking Stipulation Clause to purposely keep defense from being able to cross exam evidence. Also Prosecutor putting in motion on rebuttal witnesses that they will use if defendant uses his testimony and any of defense witnesses at trial so the prosection put prior bad acts to try and show proof??? So basically putting it in the motion threatening defense out of fear, but what a horrible thing to call my husband a pedophile from the lies my husband's ex wife said about him molesting his 3yr old step daughter, a long time ago, but guess what? The prosecutor didn't do her homework my husband was arrested and a complete investigation was done with no charges or conviction which completely was unfounded. So for the prosecutor putting slanderous and pre label in the motion making him look guilty, but no trial has happened is malicious and vindictive prosecution and misconduct. So by doing that created libel and ethnically is wrong and she looked stupid and incompetent to try and prove prior past bad  acts. We are able to impeach the Prosecutor's witnesses since his ex wife made up the story to get my husband out of their apartment they once shared together when they were married. This all took place around 1993. My husband's case being dragged out almost 4 yrs in July. Due Process violations under color of law. Utah County Public Defender system needs an overhaul and how our poor citizens like myself and husband are victims of the unfunded program to what is supposed to help protect indigenous citizens rights. Well Utah County criminal justice system wants innocent people to plead guilty and get their 98% conviction rate. It's completely disgusting to be malicious, with a non guilty plea, and how we are trying to go to trial and the prosecutor is trying to keep my husband from getting a fair defense for trial, but all they want to do is keep our evidence out of the motions the defense filed to use during trial.Then they pre admit pretext phone call and interrogation with my husband and corrupt Provo police Cop that poorly investigated, what got my husband arrested and thrown in jail for 88 days fighting the high bail of 50K to figure out how to get 5K to get him out so he doesn't rot in jail. I got a loan for 5k, plus had ankle monitor applied with paying 320.00 a month, and with loss of his job, I'm barely able to keep from being homeless by myself working 120 hrs each  pay period and dealing with mental duress and no quality of life.This case being vindictive and maliciously pursued by prosecutor is a miscarriage of justice aiming at poor indigenous citizen's awaiting trial. Almost 4yrs now and still going. The stigma from what other Utah citizens state, The criminal justice system is all about winning their cases and don't they care about putting away innocent people and my husband included, to jail with some serious charges 25yr to life. Utah 4th District court raped my husband of his defense rights to a fair unbiased impartial jury with trial. All due to my mentally ill daughter with a diagnosis of BPD at that time and she recanted even and took it back, but she is keeping it going to get back at me due to jealous and spiteful resentment behaviors to take away the one thing that means the world to me by lying of false accusations of rape. Utah county courts especially 4th district sided with this abuse and mis use of power. LET'S TAKE AWAY QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, TO STOP PROSECUTOR MISUSE OF POWER AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND HAVE THEM SPEND TIME IN JAIL. LET'S MAKE JUDGES ACCOUNTABLE BY ALLOWING THIS TO CONTINUE TO CORRUPT, THE VERY LAWS THEY ARE TO UPHOLD. PEOPLE THEY TAKE A OATH TO DO NO HARM.
