There are 1050 residents within the Juniper-Poplar residence halls, who rely heavily on the Juniper Dining for their every-day food. Unfortunately, when the hall closes extremely early on the weekends, this forces many students to either suffer hunger at later hours of the evening, or take large amounts of time out of their evening to commute to Andros's Bull's Den, which is completely on the other side of campus. This can become either a 30 minute walk, or a 45 minute wait for SAFE Team. Just allowing a few more hours for all those residents to eat could certainly take some evening strain on the weekends.
