Petition updateSave Aysha and Her Family from Being Executed by the TalibanUSCIS Denied Humanitarian Parole to Muhammad and his Whole Family – Without Even Reading The Cases

USCIS denied humanitarian parole to Muhammad and his whole family because his refugee case had been denied and WITHOUT even bothering to read the refugee case. Thus, they denied the humanitarian parole cases for “discretionary reasons” without even knowing what those “discretionary reasons” were. When our lawyer pushed them to at least approve Muhammad's four young daughters for humanitarian parole so the girls could live come to Georgia with their aunt and uncle, the director of the Humanitarian Affairs Branch, John Bird, talked to “refugee experts” and then made the preposterous claim to our lawyer that even Muhammad's 2- and 4-year-old daughters are threats to national security. Here is a link to a story published today by the Sacramento Bee about my family's efforts to save Muhammad and his family. Please READ and SHARE this story. The more the story is read and we can get attention for Muhammad's case, the better our chances of saving their lives by overturning the denials. Please call your Congressional representatives and ask them to tell USCIS to approve this case. Email me at save.aysha@gmail.com if you want more information on Muhammad's case. Please also email me if you know Muhammad personally or if you know any government officials or reporters who may be able to help raise public awareness of Muhammad and his family's cases. Members of Congress have the power to hold USCIS publicly accountable, but we need members of Congress to get personally involved in calling out USCIS.
