Petition updateSave Aysha and Her Family from Being Executed by the TalibanGood News: USCIS Will Now Expedite Mohammed and His Family's Case

After taking two months to "pre-process" Mohammed and his family's case, USCIS finally confirmed to our lawyer that the case has reached the Humanitarian Affairs Branch. And, USCIS apologized to Sen. Harris's office for taking a long time to pre-process the case and granted our request to expedite the case now.
We are grateful for USCIS's decision to give expedited processing of the case. Please help us keep up the momentum and get a few more signatures. We just need 180 more signatures to get 13,000! We will use the petition to keep the pressure on USCIS to approve this case quickly.
