This is to bring to your attention,that many people are following unfair practices this year (and prior years) to file 4 or more H1B applications through multiple fake consultancies to increase their odds in H1B lottery this year.Please refer this link for more details:-

USCIS shold ideally check how many petition a candidate is filing and limit the numbers to one petition per candidate.This will ensure,we get genuine candidate through lottery process and can stop this malpractice of fake universities and fake consultancies and candidates going through all such bad means.

There should also be audit on people,who are initiating H1B transfer as  soon as H1B is approved by the original company.
