It has become obvious that the 45th president is incapable of acting in the better interests of United States as the Commander in Chief of US military forces.

While impeachment proceedings are underway we believe it necessary for congress to restrict the powers of the presidency such that the 45th president is no longer the Commander in Chief of US military forces and that the power to command the US military be held in trust by the full congress until such time as impeachment proceedings have concluded.

We most humbly request the US congress remove Donald Trump as Commander in Chief of all US military forces pending the completion of all investigations and impeachment proceedings.
