I appreciate all of you. Thank you for signing and sharing. PLEASE READ. My story starts here today.
It’s been one year and 7 months since I’ve seen my son. It’s just still so hard to believe. I was told he died from heatstroke and cardiac arrhythmia. I found that hard to believe because he drank a gallon or more of water a day plus Gatorade. He supplied his own drinks.
I received everything from everyone about my sons death. It’s called FOIA (Freedom of Information Act), requests/forms. I’m glad I did. I found out that he was possibly electrocuted and that no one, NO ONE, did their job. I was subjected to a photo of the backside of my son. His back had two cable like thermal burns 7” long and about 2” or more in width. Half your index finger would fit vertically. The autopsy report said thermal burns. You take pictures and say you investigate, and you do nothing. How is standing at an opening of a hole in the ceiling investigating if you don’t go up to look around. I was told by a government agency that I’ll get my “redacted” report and we’ll be done. Wrong answer. Two different counties involved, high people, low people. I’m going higher until someone listens.
If you’re here reading this, I’m sure you know who I’m talking about. You have a right to files you didn’t know existed. Make sure to read up on this stuff. I know alot so get a hold of me.
I found out that he mentioned to someone at the company about his coworker not powering down the equipment. My son got shocked. The person he told this to was management, and that person laughed. This was not even a month before my sons death. Here he still is, working with my son that horrible day. The same kid. I found all this on his phone. Text messages. It’s sad that companies don’t give a s. You go to work and expect your loved ones to come home. Especially since this could have and should have been prevented. $13k in fines isn’t enough. Thank you again. More to come.
