I am exercising my rights under the first amendment of the US constitution.

If by my stirring this up, because I promised my son I would find out, I’d be his voice because he can’t speak. I’ll be providing this information to my petition supporters but I’m not stopping there, so please share this for me? If anything happens, you’ll know why. I’m not saying it will, I just want to cover everything. You never know. Everything I am posting is true and fact. I have the documentation to back that but again, as I said, at this time I will not be providing any of that. Very very few people know all of this and you are trustworthy. Thank you for being there for me.
I refuse to be ignored. I refuse to ignore my son. I love my son. He was my life as well as my other son.

Because I agreed in Public for a NDA on my part (not technically but some of you know what I said). I would like to ask that if anyone has any experience with confined space issues for attics with a hole in the ceiling maybe 12 -14 feet away from my son, and with a ladder for entering and exiting, please help me to understand this privately. If you are local, we could meet in public. They make this s@?@ like pig Latin or something. Ridiculous is what it is. I thought I knew but I need to edit the petition. Please contact me.

My son was stuck between trusses, and the (item I cannot mention). “According to” the homeowner, heat was the issue and everyone went with that from the very beginning.

He was at the NE location of the attic. In the pictures you can’t really see that much. His coworker was two feet away vertically outside working. I don’t even know how long he was alone up there with my son before the homeowner knew to go up.  The coworker had to be told to start CPR now. I heard the 911 call. He was still alive. If they had treated him properly they could possibly have saved him. 

I was denied most of those pictures, and a body cam of 56 seconds is all that I received with a generic report. I was told, and there were inconsistencies in this, that there were no electrical sources. ????  I have acquired all Freedom of Information Requests(FOIA) prior legally. These allow a US Citizen to recover all documentation due to anything. You have rights. 

I was told that I will get what I need and we’ll be done. I did not agree upon anything in that phone call. I was also basically told I shouldn’t be asking for pictures of my naked son(I was not asking for that) and then this person told me about sunshine laws in Ohio. The nerve of these people for them screwing up all by themselves. They cannot blame anyone else.
