On the evening Robert F Kennedy Jr. endorsed Presidential candidate Donald Trump, RFK Jr asked the American People to take action in their spheres of influence to take small steps to Make America Great Again. This is my effort to do just that. As a retired urban high school principal, I understand the power of words. To that end, I’m starting a petition to let the Legacy/Mainstream Media AND THEIR ADVERTISERS know that they are no longer trusted to share the truth about important issues America’s citizens are facing. (update) Now that we know that these propaganda outlets have been paid millions by the US Government, this is more critical than ever! Here’s the petition language:

Acknowledging the role and importance a Free and Impartial Press has in disseminating honest and reliable information so the electorate is informed and can form opinions based in truth, we, the undersigned express a Vote of No Confidence in the American Mainstream/Legacy Press. The specific Press Agencies we have lost trust in include American Broadcasting Company (ABC), Central News Network (CNN), National Broadcasting Company (NBC), Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS), Microsoft National Broadcasting Company (MSNBC), The New York Times, The Washington Post, Politico, Fox News, Associated Press, NPR, among many others. 
These Legacy/Mainstream Media Outlets have abdicated their honorable position as government watchdog and become propaganda outlets for political parties. The result of their decision to make this shift is a society/electorate that is increasingly confused and skeptical of any news disseminated by these agencies.

As Dan Bongino, Deputy Director of the FBI stated, 

“And to the media goons, lunatic hacks in the media, who tried to gas light us into believing that collusion was real and spying was fake, know this:
In the one moment you had to shine and save the REPUBLIC and do the right thing... you failed.
Your kids will be embarrassed by you, your grandkids will be embarrassed by you. History will use you as an example of exactly not to do when entering into the field of journalism.
You will become a STAIN on our country from this point on...
You people in the media will be remembered as accomplices in the biggest scandal in American history. You’re a disgrace, a disgrace to everything this country stands for.
I’m embarrassed for you, you disgust me.”

Any remedy to this problem will likely take years because rebuilding trust takes time and experiences that prove the Press can indeed be a source of truth and unbiased information. Please join our team in declaring America’s citizens’ complete loss of trust in our legacy/mainstream media machine.
