The FDA has opened a public comment period, and while it’s not specific to kratom or 7-OH, it gives our community a real opportunity to have our voices included in the federal record.

This is a meaningful moment—and it starts with something simple: participation.

We’re asking everyone in this community to take a few minutes to submit a comment before April 26. Our action page includes everything you need, including background information and a template to guide your submission.

This is the first step in a broader, coordinated federal effort to ensure that policymakers hear directly from the people who rely on these products.
