Recently, I was deeply disheartened by the sight of widespread deforestation around the Sattu Bangla Forest Rest House. The destruction of this vital ecosystem is not only an environmental catastrophe but also a severe threat to the habitats of the local wildlife, putting both flora and fauna at risk.

It is alarming to consider that, according to the World Bank, humans have wiped out about 20% of the world's forests in just the last decade. Forests like the one near Sattu Bangla are home to 80% of the world's terrestrial biodiversity (World Wildlife Fund). The loss of these forests would irreversibly disrupt the intricate balance of our planet's ecosystems.

Now is the time to take a stand. I urge you to restore the stolen forest surrounding the Sattu Bangla Forest Rest House and take immediate measures to halt any further deforestation in the area. The future of our environment, the survival of countless species, and the wellbeing of future generations depend on your action.
