We, the undersigned Venezuelans in exile around the world, write to urgently request the intervention of your government in Venezuela to address the ongoing humanitarian and political crisis under the dictatorship of Nicolás Maduro and his regime. The recent revelations by María Corina Machado and her team have underscored the depth of electoral fraud and the manipulation of democratic processes by the current government.

An analysis of the situation reveals that María Corina Machado has consistently demonstrated exceptional intelligence, strategic acumen, and bravery in confronting the Maduro regime. Over the past three election cycles, there have been widespread suspicions of electoral fraud, orchestrated by the government and the National Electoral Council (CNE), now led by Elvis Amoroso. These suspicions were challenging to prove until Machado's meticulous strategy brought irrefutable evidence to light.

Machado's strategy involved participating in the electoral process with a legally sound candidate, meticulously training her team to cover every aspect of the election and safeguard evidence of fraud. As the results began to show a significant lead for her candidate, Edmundo Gonzales Urrutia, the CNE abruptly suspended the transmission of results, attempting to manipulate the outcome with fraudulent documentation. However, Machado's team was prepared, gathering overwhelming evidence that showed a 70 to 30 victory for Gonzales Urrutia over Maduro.

This well-documented fraud has now been presented to international bodies, including the Organization of American States (OAS) and allied countries. The evidence is clear and irrefutable: the Maduro regime has systematically defrauded the Venezuelan people, undermining their democratic rights and perpetuating a cycle of corruption and oppression.

Given these circumstances, the situation in Venezuela has reached a critical juncture. The people of Venezuela are suffering under a dictatorship that not only steals their votes but also deprives them of basic human rights and necessities. The Maduro regime's response to these revelations has been to deploy armed groups to instill fear and maintain control, further exacerbating the crisis.

Furthermore, the continuation of Maduro's regime will provoke a massive migration crisis due to the persecutions and human rights violations. This would significantly impact neighboring and worldwide countries, given the increasing number of refugees seeking to escape the violence and misery.

Geopolitically, the stability of Venezuela is also crucial to the interests of all nations. Venezuela possesses vast reserves of minerals and oil, which are currently being controlled by mafias and governments such as Russia, China, and Iran. Allowing these nations to continue exploiting Venezuela's resources not only strengthens authoritarian regimes to the detriment of democracy but also affects global energy security and regional stability.

Considering this, we urge your government to consider a humanitarian intervention to:

1. Protect the Venezuelan People: Shield civilians from the regime's violent reprisals and ensure their safety, thereby stopping genocide and human rights abuses.

2. Restore Democratic Processes: Facilitate the inauguration of the legitimately elected president, Edmundo Gonzales Urrutia, allowing him to assume the presidency and restore democracy and the rule of law in Venezuela.

3. Support Humanitarian Efforts: Provide necessary humanitarian aid to address the urgent needs of the population, including food, medical supplies, and essential services.

4. Prevent a Migration Crisis: Avoid a massive migration crisis that would affect the entire region and eventually your nation.

5. Secure Geopolitical Interests: Ensure that Venezuela's mineral and oil reserves are not controlled by mafias and adversarial governments such as Russia, China, and Iran, thus promoting regional stability and global energy security.

Your Nation has a long-standing commitment to promoting democracy and human rights worldwide. Intervening in Venezuela at this crucial time would reaffirm this commitment and provide the Venezuelan people with the support they desperately need to reclaim their country from an oppressive regime.
