Urgent Report – Stolen Emotional Support Animal, Evading Service, and Safety Concerns (Tre

The Issue

My name is Brandon Wyrick, and I am reaching out to report an urgent situation involving a man named Trevor Scott, who has committed multiple crimes against me, including the theft of my registered emotional support animal named Frisco, and who is actively evading legal service by hiding between two homes with the help of two women who may be knowingly obstructing justice.

On March 5, 2024, Trevor Scott took possession of Frisco, a 16-year-old black and gold Yorkshire Terrier, under false pretenses and through manipulation during a police interaction. Since then, Frisco has been unlawfully withheld from me. Frisco is not only a vulnerable, elderly dog, but also an emotional support animal, registered and microchipped in my name. I have full documentation, including vet records, emotional support certification, and microchip registration, proving my sole ownership.

I have tried several times to serve Trevor with legal documents at the addresses he submitted to the court, but each attempt has failed. Trevor is actively hiding at the homes of two women—whose names and locations I can provide—while evading justice. These individuals are aware of his criminal background and are either knowingly or unknowingly assisting him in avoiding legal proceedings. This includes obstruction of court service related to my pending case, and possibly harboring a fugitive if an active warrant is involved.

I am requesting the following actions be considered:

• Immediate seizure and safe return of my emotional support animal, Frisco.

• Investigation into Trevor Scott’s current whereabouts and the two individuals harboring him.

• Any available victim advocacy, animal recovery, or legal aid services to assist me in this matter.

• Guidance on pursuing additional charges or legal remedies due to Trevor’s interference and repeated victimization.

This is a deeply emotional and dangerous situation, and I have done everything within my power to pursue justice legally. I am now reaching out for urgent help to ensure that Trevor Scott is held accountable, and that Frisco is safely returned to me.

I am happy to provide any supporting documentation including:

• Proof of ownership and registration of Frisco

• Court case information

• Copies of failed service attempts

• Timeline of events

• Witness statements, if needed

Please let me know how I can move forward and what next steps I should take. I am available by phone or email at your convenience.

Sincerely,

Brandon Wyrick

AFFIDAVIT-STYLE STATEMENT

Affidavit of Brandon Wyrick Regarding Theft of Emotional Support Animal and Ongoing Victimization

I, Brandon Wyrick, hereby declare the following to be true and correct to the best of my knowledge:

1. I am the legal owner and emotional support handler of a 16-year-old Yorkshire Terrier named Frisco. He is black and gold, microchipped, and fully registered to me with supporting veterinary records and ESA documentation.

2. On March 5, 2024, Frisco was unlawfully taken from me by Trevor Scott, who provided false information to responding officers during a civil dispute. I was instructed to return the next day for my dog, and upon doing so, was met with deception and ultimately left without my companion.

3. Trevor Scott has a known history of criminal behavior and has threatened me on multiple occasions in past years. I am currently involved in a legal matter involving him, and he is actively evading service of court documents. Multiple verified attempts have been made to serve him at the addresses he provided to the court.

4. Trevor is currently being housed by two women, who are aware of his history and the ongoing case. These women are knowingly or unknowingly aiding in obstructing justice by helping him avoid legal service and potentially harboring him to evade arrest.

5. Frisco remains missing and in danger, and I fear for his well-being given his age, medical history, and the trauma caused by being separated from his registered emotional support handler. I am requesting an immediate investigation into Trevor Scott, the recovery and safe return of Frisco, and any legal action that can be taken against the individuals knowingly assisting him.

6. I am prepared to provide all relevant evidence, including but not limited to:

• Emotional Support Animal registration and ownership documents

• Frisco’s microchip and veterinary records

• Screenshots, communication records, or police reports

• Case number and history of legal service attempts

7. I respectfully request any and all assistance in ensuring Trevor Scott is brought to justice, that my emotional support animal is returned, and that those aiding him are held accountable under the law. I asked if this be considered a red flag or priority due to the severity and sensitivity of this case. Additionally, the time and life expectancy of my emotional support animal
