I, like many other residents of Salt Lake City, find myself increasingly frustrated by the lack of available parking. Our city is growing rapidly, with apartment buildings and businesses sprouting on every corner. However, this growth sadly has not been matched by the availability of accessible parking spaces. 

 While development is inevitable and welcome, the city's planning needs to incorporate necessary facilities like public parking. In fact, there is an ideal lot at the corner of 900 South and 200 West that could serve as adequate parking for many residents. We're not asking for the impossible; we're merely asking for available, accessible parking.

 Let's urge the Salt Lake City Planning Commission to make changes to their development agenda. Enough parking space is not a luxury, but a basic necessity for the convenience and wellbeing of all residents. Please join me in petitioning for increased residential parking in Salt Lake City.
