We, the undersigned, are calling on TikTok and the Australian eSafety Commissioner to urgently investigate and take action against harmful online behaviour by TikTok creator @indijess (India Jessica Grubelic).

This creator has engaged in repeated, dangerous, and unlawful behaviour on TikTok, including:

• Faking her death more than eight times, causing widespread distress (2025, and April 2026).
• Posting triggering and false claims of self-harm and suicide, with no regard for the impact on vulnerable viewers.
• Sending graphic self-harm content to underage users and discussing her self-harm publicly in unsafe ways.
• Harassing, threatening, and doxxing numerous people to manipulate others into believing she is dead.
• Making serious and false allegations about many individuals, including accusing them of crimes against children, which can irreparably damage reputations and safety.
• Using TikTok to advertise her OnlyFans account without proper age restrictions, exposing minors to adult content.
• Being caught messaging a 16-year-old, attempting to convince them to create OF content with her, even after they disclosed their age.
• Creating a GoFundMe campaign and potentially misusing funds for personal benefit unrelated to the stated cause.
• Creating and using numerous fake accounts to continue spreading harmful content.

Despite thousands of reports from users, TikTok has failed to act effectively, leaving countless people — especially children and vulnerable users — at serious risk of harm.

This petition demands:

1. Immediate removal of all accounts linked to this creator, including her fake accounts.
2. Strict enforcement of TikTok’s Community Guidelines, which prohibit harassment, doxxing, threats, false allegations, sexual exploitation, and fraudulent activity.
3. Stronger protections for minors, including better age verification and monitoring of adult creators who advertise sexual content on TikTok.
4. Greater accountability and transparency from TikTok regarding how it responds to serious user safety reports.

The safety of online communities, especially children and vulnerable people, depends on swift and effective action. We urge TikTok and the eSafety Commissioner to act immediately to remove these harmful accounts and prevent further harm.

Together, we can hold platforms accountable and protect vulnerable people online.

India appears to be repeating the same pattern of behaviour we saw last year, but this time targeting a new group of people who may not be aware of what previously occurred.

Please do not engage with her in any capacity. From what we’ve seen, any form of attention — whether supportive or critical — seems to escalate the behaviour. This has previously included serious threats, doxxing, and extreme false allegations (including SA and CSA). She tends to say whatever she believes will cause the most harm to the person she is targeting.

The most effective response is no response.

From a behavioural perspective, this kind of pattern can be reinforced by attention. When someone is seeking stimulation, validation, or control, even negative reactions can act as a reward and intensify the behaviour. In her case, this can be compounded by underlying mental health issues or substance use, which may impair judgment, increase impulsivity, and reduce the ability to regulate emotions appropriately.

This is why disengagement is so important.

Please protect yourselves — do not interact, do not respond, and avoid sharing or amplifying the content. That includes having her on livestreams and platforming her.
