Thank you all who have signed the petition so far.  We are more than 10% of the way to our goal of 1,000 signatures and it's only been a handful of days!!!  

Some have asked why, as the creator of this petition, am I remaining anonymous?  The simple answer is that Vidanta has been known to blacklist people who try to organize actions similar to this, even if they are conducted in a polite manner.

My goal is to help those who want to have the ability to leave the Nuevo Nayarit property without having to pay a minimum of $165 pesos ($10 USD) utilizing Vidanta's taxis.  It is questionable if Vidanta owns the taxi company but at the very least we do know they are contracted with them and receive a percentage of the fares the members pay.  

Their rates are double what the city taxis charge and 3x what you would pay using Uber.  Vidanta has intentionally made it difficult for members to leave the property.  This has allowed them to over-inflate the prices on food, beverage, services and products on the property.  

While Vidanta has every right to arrange their resort as they see fit withing the boundaries of Mexican law, it also shows that they are money hungry and do not care or appreciate the members who have financially supported them for 50 years!!

By signing this petition you may not be assisting your needs.  However, you will be assisting others who may not be as financially or physically fortunate as you.  We appreciate that you would be willing to sign in support of those who could benefit from this change.
