My daughter and I have always enjoyed the ritual of snacking. It's more than just indulging our taste buds, it's a way to connect with others, to share in an experience that is universally appreciated. However, for me and my daughter, and undoubtedly many others, there's one minor roadblock that disrupts this enjoyable process - the dreaded pretzel sticks in Utz's Pub Mix.

Across America, Utz Pub Mix is a household name. Their unique blend of rice crackers, sesame chips, rye chips, honey mustard, cheese twistix are beloved by many; unfortunately, the presence of pretzel sticks often inhibits the full enjoyment of this snack mix. According to Food Navigator USA in a 2018 poll, approximately 54% of American snack consumers reported they would enjoy snack mixes more if they could be tailored to their individual preferences.

Thus, we are requesting Utz to create and launch a version of their famous Pub Mix, omitting the pretzel sticks. In catering to a consumer need and expanding their product line, Utz could potentially see increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, according to a study by the Journal of Consumer Marketing (Mary Jo Bitner, 1990).
