Please contact the President and US CONGRESS and urge US Army Corps of Engineers and NJ State DEP to finalize a Rahway River Flood Mitigation Plan and passage of USACE funding for construction of Rahway River  flood mitigation. The Congress has already passed and President signed into law the federal WRDA bill that made the Rahway River flood protection plan  a national priority.  Now the study needs to be completed and construction funded as soon as possible before a next major storm.
