Mayors Council Rahway River Watershed Flood Control met September 9 hosted by Union County Commissioner BJ Kowalski.  Mayors, engineers and administrators  of Millburn, Maplewood, Essex, Union, Springfield, Kenilworth, Cranford, and Rahway participated.   Concerted effort by Mayors to get the State of New Jersey to expedite the completion of evaluation and move to a plan to provide flood protection.  Urgency is apparent.
