Good Afternoon,
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, announces two public
information meetings to discuss the Draft Integrated Feasibility Report and
Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Rahway River Flood Risk
Management Study. The 45 day public comment period for the Draft Integrated
Feasibility Report and EIS was initiated on December 9, 2016 and will
conclude on January 23, 2017.
The first public meeting will be held on Wednesday January 11 at the Roy E.
Smith Theatre at the Union County Community College, 1033 Springfield Ave,
Cranford, NJ 07016.
The second public meeting will be held on Thursday January 12 at the Rahway
Public Library, 2 City Hall Plaza, Rahway, NJ 07065
Both meetings are scheduled for 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm and will follow the agenda
below:
7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Welcome and Poster Board Viewing
7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Formal Informational Presentation
8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Poster Board Session and Information Exchange

submitting written and email comments are available at:
