Good morning 

I pray you are all well. 

I contacted our member of Parliament Mrs Debbie Abrahams. 

She agreed to meet me local to discuss the help and support I need.

I was happy because I'd get a chance to discuss what problems I'm facing and my family. So that we can get the support we need in this traumatic time. 

Later the meeting was cancelled as Mrs Debbie Abrahams suggested it was most appropriate for her caseworker to be in contact with me as she specialises in immigration matters. I was really devastated that the meeting was cancelled. I tried to look at the positive side that her caseworker would contact me. 

I didn't recieve an email from Debbie's caseworker so chased it up with a phone call. In desperation of time against me to save my family. 

The line wasn't very clear with alot of interference. I spoke to a lady called Marzia. Who stated she remembered my wife and everything she confined within her team. She was speaking on the past which wasn't relevant to the reason why we reached out to the member of Parliament for aid. Marzia the stated thing havr changed now in Gaza? That things weren't the same? What did she mean by this? Exactly what has changed? 

The genocide hasn't stopped. My family are still living in a tent with no guaranteed food, safety or water. 

What did Marzia mean? I really don't understand? 

I was told by Marzia an email was sent to me. But I haven't recieved any emails from her. Apparently shes saying she can't help! Regardless of my obstacles in regards to my rare situation with my family stuck in a genocide. 

My wife gave Marzia her email address and asked for the email to be resent to her explaining why I can't get any support from my member of Parliament. 

Marzia stated she would resend the email but this hasn't been done. 

I will email Debbie Abrahams again and find out why her caseworker is not assisting me. And why shes overlooked this campaign. 

due to Post traumatic stress disorder its very difficult for me to complete tasks easily. 

It takes alot of effort for me to email or make calls. 

I'm feeling disheartened. I feel let down. 

I will update you all soon.

Thank you to everyone who have been supporting us through this traumatic time in my life. 

When I first reached out to Debbie Abrahams office I was told to contact a solicitor! I did everything! I got nowhere. 

I contacted Zara Sultana mp and they were ready to give me a caseworker. But because im not in their postal area I was told to contact the member of Parliament in my postal area. Hence I got in contact with Debbie Abrahams office again. 

I really feel like I've been kicked aside.
