My dear sweet baby niece 2 year old Maryam Abualqaraya was killed whilst her home was bombed. 

My sister had her son in her arms. When she ran to get her daughter from the bed the wall collapsed on top of her killing her instantly. 

Till date my brother and sister in law haven't recovered from her death. My brother refused to leave his home where he lost his daughter. 

It was a horrific time for me as I had to convince my brother to move and try to survive for the sake of his baby son, wife and for us. 

Yes. We saw many wars in our life and have been injured in them. But we haven't seen a genocide like this in our lives. 

I'm sharing my pain with you. So it can help you understand or relate to why I'm doing my best to save my remaining family members.
