I’m now awaiting for the date for the next full Council meeting at which the petition will be presented. 
The General election is on the 4th July and this has caused the June meeting to be postponed. 
As soon as I get word from them, I’ll inform you via this medium. 
We patiently await this date and I will also make enquiries as to how many people can attend the meeting to support this petition.
