Urge the UK government to address mRNA vaccine concerns
The Issue
I am a nurse, a single parent, and a citizen who trusted the system designed to protect me. Like many other healthcare professionals, I found myself cornered—urged to receive the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines under the weight of an ultimatum: get vaccinated or lose my livelihood. As a single parent, walking away from my job was not an option; the stakes were impossibly high. Supposedly safe, the vaccines were meant to shield us. Instead, I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer, a fate additionally shadowed by the presence of a brain tumour.
The psychological burden and physical toll of living with these ailments have altered the trajectory of my life. Gene testing shows no predisposition to cancer in my genetic makeup, raising the question of why I have been so catastrophically affected. The silence from our authorities is deafening and needs to be broken. In the United States and Australia, governments are beginning to recognize the adverse impacts and are taking steps towards addressing the issue. The UK cannot afford to lag in this critical and urgent sphere.
This is not just my story—it’s the situation faced by many others who genuinely believed that they were contributing to public health and safety. We need our voices to be heard, our suffering to be acknowledged, and our scars to be visible in the public discourse.
We urge the British government to initiate an open, honest discussion about the mRNA COVID vaccines and the potential ramifications on citizens' health. It's imperative to learn from international peers, to investigate impartially, and most importantly, to extend support and resources to those affected. Transparency is not just required, it's owed to the public.
By signing this petition, you're not only supporting the call for accountability and transparency, but you're standing with countless others who have felt the sting of silence from those in power. Sign now to demand action, conversation, and real change. Let’s make our health a priority. Your signature could be the catalyst for justice and the beacon of hope many are searching for.
