Urge the Israeli Government to Cease Violence Against Palestinians

Urge the Israeli Government to Cease Violence Against Palestinians
The Issue
Speaking out against injustice is the least we can do. Moved by the horrifying scale of human suffering, and as a Muslim compelled by my faith to stand against injustice, I can no longer remain silent. Innocent civilians – children, women, and men – are being brutally killed in what can only be described as a genocide perpetrated by the Government of Israel. This systematic and ruthless campaign targets individuals based on their ethnicity, a reprehensible violation of fundamental human dignity and all accepted norms of humanity.
The alarming statistics bear witness to this grim reality. According to the UN, since 7 October 2023, more than 45,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza, the majority of them children under the age of 18, with millions left to live under inhumane conditions.
Fear the Day when everyone will be questioned on what we did to stop this violence against humanity. For every Pharaoh, there was a Moses; for every apartheid government, there was a Mandela. Do your part today and sign this petition.
The widespread despair and devastation caused in Gaza are antithetical to the principles cherished by the global community. The intentional infliction of such carnage cannot be justified by any means and must be seen in its true light - an attempt at genocide to ethnically destroy a people.
In a world where we claim to have advanced so far, it is horrifying that we still behold such brutal and outdated forms of discrimination and violence. We must take a united stand to urge the Government of Israel to halt this gross abuse of power and engage in peaceful dialogue to resolve its conflicts instead of resorting to the mass murder of innocent individuals.
Let us remember that silence in such times equals complicity. We must lend our voices to those who have been unjustly silenced. Now is the time to stand together in solidarity against violence, to respect, and protect humanity. Please, sign this petition today.
