March 26, 2026, Update for Urge the EPA, FHWA, & MoDOT to Construct Sound Walls Along Highway 270

We now have 888 signatures on our petition. Thank you for being so supportive!

Please be aware that all responsible agencies and their primary administrators/representatives have received a (USPS certified mailed) copy of my 60-day notice of intent to sue. Therefore, it is time to start planning for my next step, if an acceptable response is not received by May 16, 2026. The next step is filing a federal civil complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
