The response I have received from the Commonwealth Bank last Friday to my letter requesting a review of its decision to close, is disappointing. It gives me little confidence that they are listening to the concerns of local mums and dads, the elderly and business customers.
But I propose to leave my petition open and won’t stop fighting this until I see the CLOSED sign in the branch window on or after 27th February. Hopefully, between now and then, some commonsense will prevail.
