As regards the proposed sale of Pierremont Park Depot/the old nursery. We have learned from the Town Council that TDC have run into technical difficulties with the sale and it is no longer listed by Clarke and Crittenden estate agents. However the Town Council are still waiting for a response to their bid from March, so the saga continues and we don't quite know what is going to happen next, but we hope that it will soon reach a sensible conclusion. As ever, if you can bear to write to TDC about it, to remind them of your interest and concern, please do.
