Dear Supporters,
I wanted to give you a clear update on where our campaign stands regarding the disruptive Jubilee line noise and vibration under Marylebone and Dorset Square.
We are currently working to ensure that our local government and parliamentary representatives are aligned to put maximum pressure on Transport for London (TFL):
Westminster Council Pressure: Following the recent elections, the Leader of Westminster City Council, Councillor Paul Swaddle, sent a formal priorities letter directly to TFL Commissioner Andy Lord, explicitly calling out the excessive noise and vibration on the Jubilee line.
Parliamentary Backing: I recently met with our MP, Rachel Blake, whose office is actively chasing the Deputy Mayor for Transport to secure an appointment to address this exact issue.
Because TfL's bureaucracy can be notoriously slow to respond, I have shared the Council Leader's formal letter directly with Rachel Blake’s casework team. The goal is to ensure the MP's office can leverage the Council’s official position to push harder for that meeting.
Help us keep the pressure on:
While we have the attention of both our MP and the Council Leader, numbers still matter to ensure TfL takes us seriously. Please continue to share our petition link with neighbours, residents' associations, and local building committees:

Thank you for your ongoing support as we continue to push through the institutional inertia at TFL.
Kind regards,
Bruce Gibson
