Good morning, Rumor is, folks are talking in and around, at the McNairy County Sheriff's Office that Mark E. Davidson, District Attorney General, 25th Judicial District is working dillegently to seal all results of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation investigation into the cold case murder of Pauline Mullins Pusser from the public. Note, this only a rumor, and I have not been able to confirm or squash, said rumor. Also, it doesn't mean that the results, won't be revealed to Pauline's immediate family, if said rumor is true.
So why share it? Rumors need to be confirmed or squashed. This post and update is I call a social media feeler. You put it out there, to see what, if any information comes back. This case, story, and Buford Pusser legend, is full of rumors, hearsay, circumstantial evidence, theories, innuendo, third-party information, and misinformation. Unfortunately everything around the legend of Buford Pusser and the Pauline Pusser murder case is controversial, and doesn't mean that there is not truth to some of these things. As Mr. Elam says, we have to connect the dots. It is what it is. thoughts on this?
