Apologies for the long silence!

We've been busy behind the scenes and finally have some promising news to share.

Just before Christmas, we instructed an international law barrister with expertise in climate issues. She has now completed her legal advice regarding Chester and potential human rights violations. This advice will be submitted to Southend City Council shortly.

We intend to share this for other tree groups, as we believe it could set an important precedent and have a national impact.
