As you may know, Chester, a 150-year-old London Plane tree in Southend, is under imminent threat of removal.

Following a legal review, Monica Feria-Tinta of Twenty Essex, a leading barrister in human rights and environmental law, has identified potential serious legal failings in the decision to fell this tree.
