Beachwood NJ is first town in Ocean County to pass the resolution!

Congratulations to Beachwood on passing the resolution on October 15, 2025 to refund fees to its’ residents applying for their carry permit!  

Meanwhile South Toms River Council members were approached in June 2025 and expects its’ residents to ask for them to consider it again.
