Urge Sega to Revive (Sonic X-Treme) and make it an official game

The Issue

This was another idea i had that had recently just came to me, for those who are aware and those who aren't, Sonic Xtreme was a game developed by Sega, that was set to be released in 1996, The game was most likely to be released on Ps1 or GameCube, and was intended to be the first ever 3D Sonic game. Not much of the plot is known, but mostly it says that sonic goes on a journey to stop Dr Robotnik from stealing six magic rings from Tiara and her father. The game had faced many difficulties while in development, it was also to introduce the character known as Tiara Boobowski, whom others refer to her as Tiara the Manx, she was to be a playable character who helps sonic along the way in his adventure, but due to unknown reasons or difficulties, the character was dropped so the game could mainly focus around sonic, and the character has since then been dropped at every opportunity, for Sega had turned down using the character numerous times, in both games and comics. I have also made a petition about this character as well, and I'll send a link here, https://www.change.org/p/make-tiara-boobowski-the-manx-an-official-sonic-character From what I've read, the real difficulties faced when developing this game involved some of it's designers facing conflicts and arguments, as some stated it was extremely hard to work with each other, along with 2 other designers having to leave the production due to health issues, and possibly other designers may have been fired too, but i think the real reason as to why the game was cancelled was because it was received negatively by Sega of Japan executives, who took a dislike to the game due to the lack of progress being made, and not to mention that by the time they reviewed the game, it was already nearing its deadline for its scheduled release. I believe there was something mentioned from the executives of the possibility of them using a type of programing system that was used at the time, that other designers were using for a different sonic project, would've helped them save some time in finishing it, while other former designers said that it wouldn't've made a difference anyway. The game went into development in 1994 and was set to be released around Christmas of 1996, before its cancellation, but by the beginning of December of said year, they announced that the game was postponed, until a couple months later they updated their announcement stating that the game was officially cancelled, and so was an animated film to this game as well, which would've began production had this game been finished. In 2014, designer Chris Senn expressed interest in finishing the game himself and making it a fan game, but such plans have never materialized, and no further word has been said since, however I believe there is still hope for this game, cause if you've read my other petitions, in the descriptions of some of them I mentioned that there was a videogame titled Sega Sonic Bros, that was cancelled in 1992, but had actually officially released in 2018, so who's to say that won't be the case with this game? By making this petition, I am hoping that with your help and support, we can possibly convince Sega to put this game back into production, as well as including Tiara the Manx in it as well, cause with the release of this game, the character may finally have an opportunity at officially becoming part of the sonic franchise. I also found out that the first stages of the game's development had it titled Sonic Mars and was to be based of Sonic SATAM, like the game Sonic Spin ball, this game had also intended to have the freedom fighters involved in it, and have Sally Acorn and Bunnie as playable characters as well, along with sonic having to choose between Sally or Tiara as his love interest, I know that its a bit far in the message to be bringing that up, but i should very well hope that if Sega takes notice to this petition, they will consider having them involved in it as well, and hopefully if it does get approved, they will make some major adjustments in perhaps releasing this game for the Nintendo switch, or ps5 in a modern day style. With all that said, to all those potential sonic supporters, I'd recommend signing this petition, sharing it with your friends, and chipping it, if you want, and lets show Sega how much we want this game to be released, and on my word I will not close this petition, no matter what.
