With the increase in global waste production, responsible waste disposal, particularly recycling, is crucial. Unfortunately, the School Without Walls Administration has not reinstated the recycling program since the school closed during COVID-19. The school already has the infrastructure to implement recycling once again, and with additional support from DCPS Recycles! and DGS, we can ensure the program is successful.  By resuming the recycling program, the School Without Walls Administration can contribute to energy conservation and environmental sustainability. This change can also cultivate a sense of environmental responsibility in students, shaping them into better global citizens. Join us in urging the School Without Walls Administration to reinstate the paper recycling program for SY 25-26 as supervised by teachers in each classroom .
