I saw how a teenager's addiction grew from marijuana to meth, leading to a spiral of destructive outcomes. Another teen flipped his truck, an event that could have easily been prevented if not for the influence of these illegal substances.

Drug dealers who exploit minors and actively sell to teenagers are causing irreparable damage to the lives of young individuals. They are putting vulnerable youths at risk, and we need to take a stand against this predatory behavior. It's critical that law enforcement agencies in our community treat these offenders with the highest level of urgency and prioritize their arrests.

The numbers speak for themselves. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, about 11% of individuals start using illegal drugs during their teenage years, with many transitioning to more dangerous substances over time. This shouldn't be the reality for our youths.
