ZEROBASEONE is a South Korean boy band whose extraordinary talent, artistry, and performances have deeply touched the hearts of fans across the globe. Since discovering their music in January 2025, I, along with countless others, have been moved by their sincerity, passion, and the positive energy they bring into our lives. Their music is not just entertainment—it’s an emotional journey. Their voices, their stories, and their bond with fans have created something truly rare and unforgettable.

However, their path to debut and stardom has been anything but easy.

ZEROBASEONE was formed through the survival show Boys Planet, a program now widely criticized for its unfair practices, emotionally taxing environment, and questionable voting systems. Many fans and observers have expressed concern over:

• Editing manipulation ("evil editing") that damaged contestant reputations;
• Possible favoritism and voting irregularities reminiscent of earlier Mnet scandals;
• Cultural and language barriers left certain members isolated or underrepresented.
• And the intense mental and emotional toll placed on trainees, all for entertainment value.

These issues didn’t end after the show. Under their current label, WAKEONE, ZEROBASEONE has continued to face troubling challenges:

• Uneven treatment of members, with some sidelined or under-promoted for months;
• Overpacked schedules with little downtime, risking burnout and stifling creativity;
• Weak security and planning, leading to repeated incidents at airports and events;
• Allegations of homophobia and image control, where member interactions and identities are seemingly erased or censored;
• And lackluster creative direction, with inconsistent music styles and declining engagement due to overreliance on generic content.

Despite these obstacles, ZEROBASEONE has persevered with resilience, heart, and unwavering dedication to their fans. These nine young men deserve better. They deserve a company that respects their artistry, fosters their individuality, and supports their well-being.

That’s why many zeroses, ZEROBASEONE's fans, believe KOZ Entertainment, led by visionary producer ZICO, is the home ZEROBASEONE truly needs.
