Thank you all for your participation in the petition, meeting and survey. Please see below for the updated trash can guidelines sent to Phase 5 via email.

The board has agreed that trash cans are permitted to be outside providing that the following is adhered to:

2024 Revised Trash Can Guidelines

According to the Governing Documents, trash cans must be stored inside the garage after use. To leave your cans outside, you must follow the criteria outlined below.

Numbers MUST be clearly displayed on the front of each trash can in white color. 
 

All cans MUST stay on the property and not be in a common area, unless mutually agreed upon by both homeowners. 
 

On excessive windy days cans must be moved into the garage. 
 

All homeowners who choose not to obey the official written guideline are fully accountable for any damage that garbage cans create to HOA and common shared property, as well as individual owned units, property, and cars.
