I am a resident of Hellertown, PA, and I am deeply concerned about the proposed construction of a new Sheetz at the location where Star currently stands. Our small area is already home to two Sheetz locations within a 5-mile radius. The addition of another one not only seems unnecessary but also poses potential problems for our community.

Firstly, traffic congestion is already an issue in our town. The introduction of yet another gas station will undoubtedly exacerbate this problem, causing further inconvenience for residents and potentially posing safety risks.

Secondly, we are worried about the impact on local businesses such as Vassi's. These establishments are integral parts of our community fabric and they could be adversely affected by the competition from another large chain store like Sheetz.

Lastly, we question the need for yet another gas station in Hellertown. We believe that our town would benefit more from other types of businesses that can provide different services or goods to residents.

We urge you to consider these concerns when making your decision about whether or not to allow this construction project to proceed. Please say no to building a third Sheetz in Hellertown and help preserve the character and quality of life in our beloved town. Sign this petition if you agree!
