Urge Fremantle to move The Price is Right and Let’s Make A Deal off CBS

The Issue

I've always been a dedicated viewer of "The Price is Right" and "Let's Make A Deal"—two of my favorite game shows that have brought joy and excitement to countless homes across America. However, I find myself caught in a moral dilemma with their current broadcast on CBS. In recent years, CBS, once a proud and independent network, seems to have been compromised by supporters of Donald Trump and his backwards MAGA agenda. I cannot, in good conscience, continue to support a network that aligns itself with views and values that conflict with my own.

Over the years, "The Price is Right" and "Let's Make A Deal" have become iconic pillars of American television, loved by audiences across the country regardless of political affiliations. Yet, the affiliation of these beloved shows with a network perceived as supportive of contentious political ideologies poses significant issues for numerous fans who share similar sentiments to mine.

I believe Fremantle, the production company that owns both shows, has the means and responsibility to relocate these timeless programs to a platform or network where viewers can enjoy them without the added burden of political conflict. Doing so would not only safeguard the integrity and impartiality of these game shows but also honor the loyalty of their diverse fan base.

There are numerous networks and platforms today that could offer "The Price is Right" and "Let's Make A Deal" a new home—one that remains free from political interference, enabling fans to continue enjoying these shows irrespective of their personal beliefs.

Therefore, unless CBS fires Bari Weiss and changes course, I urge Fremantle to act decisively and relocate "The Price is Right" and "Let's Make A Deal" to a network or platform that aligns with the inclusive and fun spirit that these shows represent. By doing so, they will be responding to the rightful concerns of viewers like me, eager to enjoy our favorite games without political bias.

Join me in asking Fremantle to honor its audience and the legacy of these treasured shows by signing this petition. Let's ensure these programs continue to thrive in an environment conducive to all viewers, devoid of political connotations that may taint their joyous tradition.
