. What once was an establishment marked by its quality of food and service has dramatically fallen short in recent times. I feel cheated as a consumer, given the high prices we pay for substandard food and service. 

Our community deserves better. The Lancer Cafe used to be a place where we sought comfort and camaraderie while enjoying a good meal. But the current state of the cafe leaves us disheartened. It is not only a letdown in terms of culinary standards, but a downright insult to the residents of La Puente who support this local business.

Reports show that customer satisfaction is closely linked to the competency of staff, and it's clear that the new staffing at Lancer Cafe hasn't lived up to these standards. Moreover, the quality of food  being served has negatively impacted the cafe's reputation.

We urge the management to review its staff hiring practices, improve food quality or revert to its original menu that retained its loyal customer base. Our community should not have to struggle with this decline in standards. Remember, successful businesses are built on the foundations of quality and customer satisfaction.
